Digital services and no-refund policy

Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to content, all payments for our paid community and custom AI automation engagements are final once access or work has begun. We do not issue refunds for change of mind after delivery.

Custom automation engagements

For custom AI automation work, scope and payment terms are agreed before the engagement starts. Once work begins, fees paid are non-refundable. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, contact us and we will make it right — through revisions, credit, or a partial refund, at our discretion.

Community access

Paid community subscriptions are billed per the plan you choose. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
